Marketing and sales systems for service firms
Koen De Wit
The Funnel Therapist · Your Blue Island AI
How do we run better?
Faster, more reliable, better visibility. Most of what we've shown each other.
How do we win more of the right work?
Without competing on price. My half.
Once a firm runs better, the second question comes straight after.

Who
Accounting and legal practices, agencies, consultancies, IT and engineering services. Roughly 10 to 100 people.
What they share
They sell expertise and trust. The founder or a senior partner still closes the big deals.
Where
Anywhere online.
The expertise is real. The marketing sounds like nobody.

01
Why you win, why you lose, and what to fix first.
02
How your best people win work, built into the website, sales deck, proposals and follow-ups.
03
A system that writes from your own knowledge every week, and checks every claim.
04
How your senior people win and serve clients, kept for sales answers, proposals and onboarding.
First niche: firms that keep losing on price. Agencies and professional services.

Demo 2 · Marketing that keeps running
Written from my own material.
Every claim checked against my source material before it's scheduled.
Twice a week, without me.

The marketing method is years old: building funnels since 2018, three Funnel Builder Awards.
I've done it for businesses, a New York business broker most recently. Service firms as a focus is new.
The system runs my own business. No firm has it yet. I'm looking for one or two pilot firms.

"We've put AI into everything. The work's faster. And we're still losing pitches on price."
An agency owner. Made up, but the kind Ross's agency doc is aimed at.

"Most of our clients come from referrals. We don't know how to get more."
"We keep losing on price."
"Only the founder can really sell what we do."
"We're efficient now. How do we grow?"
"We know we should post and send a newsletter. Nobody has time."
"If our senior partner left, half of what we know would go with them."

FOR THE CHAMBER PITCH
Koen works on the revenue side of AI: he helps service firms win more of the right clients, with sharper marketing and the systems that keep it running.
What I'd love from PRISM
Introductions to service firms that live on referrals, and to your clients who ask "now how do we grow?"
What I bring
The revenue half of any joint proposal, the agency one first.
